1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "smjili," "we," "us," "our" refers to the smjili platform and its operating entity, accessible at smjili.one.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a smjili account.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the smjili platform.
• "Platform" means the smjili website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated gaming services.
• "Games" means all casino games, live dealer games, slot machines, bingo, sports betting, and any other wagering products available on smjili.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive offered by smjili to players.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by Philippine regulations.
• "PHP" or "₱" means Philippine Peso, the currency used for all transactions on smjili.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the smjili platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and smjili.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the smjili platform and close your account. Continued use of smjili following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use a smjili account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming law. smjili strictly enforces this age restriction.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an smjili employee or affiliated game provider.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

smjili reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

4 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) smjili account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your smjili login credentials (username and password).
• All activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Ensuring that no third party accesses your account. Account sharing is prohibited.
• Notifying smjili immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

smjili will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from smjili that requests your login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

smjili accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any balance held within it to any other person.

5 Deposits & Payments

smjili accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card (Philippine-issued)

All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. smjili does not accept deposits via cryptocurrency or credit card, in compliance with Philippine payment regulations.

Deposits are for the purpose of funding your smjili gaming account only. smjili is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances. You must only deposit funds that you own and that are not derived from any illegal activity.

6 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of real-money balances (excluding uncleared bonus funds) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal amount must not include bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• smjili targets GCash and Maya withdrawal processing within 15 minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• smjili reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, as required by anti-money laundering regulations.

smjili reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms, pending investigation. Players will be notified of any such hold and given the opportunity to provide clarifying information.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

smjili offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in the promotion details.
• smjili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games specified in the promotion. Using bonus funds on excluded games may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• smjili actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, and collusion between players. Any player found to be abusing bonuses will have their account reviewed and may have bonuses and winnings forfeited.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

8 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on smjili are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) technology for software-based games, and physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels) for live dealer games. smjili is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment.

• Game results are determined by certified RNG systems that are independently audited for fairness and randomness.
• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, smjili reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. smjili's decision in such matters is final.
• Players must not use any software, tool, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over smjili or other players, including but not limited to bots, automated betting scripts, or exploit-based strategies.
• smjili reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of technical error, data corruption, or manipulation.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the smjili platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on smjili.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using smjili for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions made on smjili.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the smjili platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain. Any such gains must be reported to smjili immediately and will be reversed.
• Accessing smjili from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to use your smjili account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward smjili staff or other players.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the smjili platform — including but not limited to the smjili brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software — is the intellectual property of smjili or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the smjili platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any smjili content without prior written consent from smjili.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, smjili's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

smjili shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any interruption or unavailability of the smjili platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond smjili's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.

smjili makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12 Responsible Gaming

smjili is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the smjili platform by contacting our support team.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and amounts wagered during a session.

13 Suspension & Termination

smjili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the responsible gaming programme.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to smjili.

14 Privacy & Data

smjili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By using smjili, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

smjili implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security, and you use smjili at your own risk in this regard.

smjili will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed game providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities as required for the operation of the platform and compliance with Philippine law.

15 Amendments

smjili reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, smjili will notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

The current version of the Terms & Conditions, including the effective date and version number, is always available on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of smjili after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

smjili operates within the framework of Philippine online gaming regulations. Players are encouraged to resolve disputes in the first instance by contacting smjili's customer support team, who will endeavour to resolve the matter promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, the matter may be escalated in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulatory procedures.
